When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the data you enter: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the message. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and potentially establish a business relationship. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain business communication, and for no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).
